Under Albert Roux’s Supervision, 3 macaroons to the Michelin to the Gavroche in London, Philippe Berzane has especially improve at first in the pastry, a bonus not insignificant for a Head chef because the precision of the weighing is an art which only pastry cook masters and who shows itself a precious asset in the kitchen, the successor of Rochat (3 macaroons Michelin and best Cook of the 20th century with Alain Ducasse), Benoît Viollier, knows something about it, because he studied in the same school.

Continuation of this event, for December and the reopening, other events are in preparation to take out the district of the arquebuse of this apathy of two years and put back with current tastes this beautiful place that is the restaurant ” La Broche ”
It is a warm place where the reception and the service are so good that the pleasure is ceaselessly renewed when we return to it several times.
And let us not forget the quality of the dishes… the chicken is delicious and the grilled leg of lamb just in time and soaking in its gravy put you papillae in madness.
The quality of the chosen products is important and ” La Broche ” congratulates with working with houses such as ” La Grande Boucherie du Molard ” the reputation of which is not to make any more, or big names like Eric Duret, better wine steward of Europe in 1998 and Better Worker of France ( M.O.F) in 2000.
