What’s Happening in Art in Geneva

A newcomer arrived in Geneva: The Gagosian Gallery opens a new page even more international in ourcity at a cultural level.


Well known American circles and London, Larry Gagosian now has 140m2 at 19, up Longemalle. He has chosen for entry in the general Giacometti, a reference in modern art whose style is still current and unprecedented.

Giacometti valued Geneva and worked there from 1941 to his hotel room at Shore. An exhibition had also been devoted to this topic with other artists at the Museum of Art and History in 2009.


Another new very interesting exhibition at the Palais des Nations in the Concourse on Tunisian artists from 29 November at 18:30.
